How to Humanize AI Content: Expert's Guide for Writers

Many people are familiar with AI chatbots like ChatGPT and use them to generate content.

But when you present this content, whether on Google or elsewhere, your content may not get indexed, or if readers come across it, it may not feel appealing to them.

Here are a few questions for you:

  • Do you know what AI-generated content is?
  • Are you using AI tools the right way?
  • Do you know how to make AI-generated content sound humanized?
  • Are you creating content that works for both Google and your readers?

These are just some of the questions that come to mind.

To answer these, I’ve created this blog post. After reading it, you’ll understand why Google and your readers might like or dislike your content. And you will be an expert on the main query, “How to generate humanised content through AI”.

What is AI Content?

AI-generated content (AIGC) refers to any type of content created or changed by artificial intelligence. This includes many types of content, such as:

  • Text: Articles, blog posts, scripts, code, poetry, etc.
  • Images: Photos, illustrations, digital art, etc.
  • Audio: Music, voiceovers, sound effects, etc.
  • Video: Animations, short films, documentaries, etc.

AI models learn from large amounts of data, allowing them to recognize patterns and create new content similar to human-made content. However, AI-generated content isn’t always perfect. It can sometimes be wrong, biased, or hard to understand.

Note: Don’t worry! Today, I’ll show you how to change basic AI-generated content into something that sounds more natural and human-like. This post will focus on text produced by different AI tools.

How to Generate AI Content?

I know many of you know how to generate content from AI. But for those unfamiliar with it, here are the direct steps to create any type of content through AI.

We have explained this in 8 different steps:

1. Choose an AI Content Generation Tool

Select an AI writing tool that suits your needs, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai. Each tool has different features that make it better for certain kinds of content.

2. Create an Account

Sign up for the chosen tool and explore available plans or free trials.

  • Register on the platform with your email or credentials.
  • Opt for a free trial or a basic version if available.
  • Upgrade to a premium plan if additional features are required.

3. Define Your Content Goals

Establish a clear vision for your content to guide the AI effectively.

  • Purpose Identification
  • Outcome-Oriented Goals
  • Target Audience Analysis
  • Consider seasonal or trending topics to align with your content’s goals.

4. Input Your Prompt

Provide the AI with clear, specific, and detailed instructions for generating precise content.

  • Scenario-Based Instructions
  • Content Style Preferences
  • Perspective Specification

5. Customize Settings

Adjust parameters like:

  • Word count or length.
  • Creativity level (e.g., factual vs. imaginative).
  • Language preferences.
  • Engagement Style
  • Formatting Preferences

6. Generate Content

Initiate the content creation process by activating the AI tool to generate your content based on the provided instructions.

  • Hit the “Generate” button to start content creation.
  • The tool will process your input following the set parameters.

7. Review the Output

Examine the AI-generated content to ensure it meets your goals, and make any necessary revisions.

  • Verify if the content follows the provided instructions.
  • If something is not according to your instruction set, you can ask the AI to update it accordingly.

8. Export or Save the Content

Download or store the final version of your content for future use or publication.

  • Save your content in preferred file formats like Word, PDF, or plain text.
  • Use the cloud storage tool’s platforms.
  • Keep track of different content versions or revisions to avoid losing progress.

Now, you can see that in just a few steps, you can create grammatically error-free content that meets your needs.

Is AI-Generated Content Good Enough?

So, you’ve generated content in just minutes.

But is that content good enough to meet Google’s expectations, especially its key guideline EEAT? And does it fulfill the needs of Google’s beloved users?

The answer is: “Not Always.”

You must understand these two key points before going to the next:

1. Helpful Content:

Google always prefers helpful content for users. Helpful content means, how much this is useful for the users. Does this meet the needs of your users or just a piece of content? Also, what additional value are you providing to the users? To define this, Google has introduced the guideline called EEAT:

  • E: Experience
  • E: Expertise
  • A: Authoritativeness
  • T: Trustworthiness

2. Useless Content:

If your content does not meet the needs of your users or doesn’t reflect these four factors, it will be considered useless for both Google and users. Even if your content is unique, this does not matter.

To make AI-generated content meet these standards, you need to add a human touch. This requires applying certain tips and tricks.

In the next section, I’ll share these tips with you. They are based on my personal research and experience.

Tips to Humanize AI Content

Are you ready to follow these strategies for better humanized AI content? If YES, then let's start rocking together.

  • Humanizing AI Prompts
  • Personalization and Connection
  • Emotional Engagement in AI Content
  • Enhanced Readability
  • Authenticity and Originality in AI
  • Refining and Editing

How to Generate Humanized AI Prompts

To make AI content feel natural and relatable, you need to train your AI writer tool first. For this, you give it special instructions called humanizing prompts. These prompts guide the AI to write like a human. Here are some tips to create humanizing prompts:

1. Use Specific Examples

Give clear and real examples to help the AI understand what you want. For example:

  • Instead of saying, “Write about food”, say, “Write about how pizza is made”.
  • Instead of saying, “Write about Technology”, say, “Write about Internet Technology”.
  • Instead of saying “Describe a place”, say, “Describe the Eiffel Tower in Paris”.

2. Ask Open-Ended Questions

Use questions that need long answers. Like:

  • "Why is exercise important?" instead of "Is exercise good?"
  • "What are the benefits of eating healthy?" instead of "Do you like healthy food?"
  • "How does technology impact daily life?" instead of "Do you use technology?”

3. Experiment with Different Phrasing

Try explaining the same idea in different ways. You can ask the same question in different variants. For example:

Original Question: "Why is exercise important?"

  • Rephrased Question 1: "What benefits does exercise provide for our health?"
  • Rephrased Question 2: "How does regular exercise contribute to our well-being?"

4. Specify the Tone and Style

Tell the AI how the content should feel. You can set the different types of tones like:

  • Fun and Friendly
  • Formal and Serious
  • Professional and Technical

5. Provide Context

Explain the topic and background clearly so the AI knows what to write about.

Example 1: The Role of Technology in Education

  • Topic: How technology is shaping education.
  • Audience: Educators, students, tech enthusiasts.
  • Purpose: Explain how digital tools improve learning experiences.
  • Context: Explore online resources, virtual classrooms, and personalized learning.

6. Clarify Intentions

Tell the AI the purpose of the content so that the AI can generate the content accordingly. For example:

  • “This is for a school project.”
  •  “This is for a blog post.”

7. Limit or Expand the Scope

Say if the content should be short and simple or long and detailed. You can set the instructions like:

  • I need content that must be short, simple, and concise.
  • Please keep this content brief and straightforward.
  • Please write an in-depth guide on this.

8. Include the Desired Length or Word Count

You can mention how many words you want, for example:

  • Please write a short, simple paragraph of around 200 words.
  • Write a 500-word article on this topic.
  • Please create a detailed article of approximately 1,000 words.

9. Request a Specific Structure

Decide how the content should look. You can give it the instructions like:

  • Please present the content in clear bullet points.
  • Please organize the article with headings and subheadings for each section.
  • Write the content in paragraph format, but bold important terms.

10. Provide Keywords or Phrases

Share the important words like your primary and secondary keywords or ideas the AI should include. For example:

  • Primary Keywords: "importance of education, career success, professional growth"
  • Secondary Keywords: "job opportunities, skills development, lifelong learning"
  • Topic Ideas: "role of education in career advancement, education vs experience"

11. Specify the Audience

Let the AI know who will read the content, like:

  • Kids
  • Students
  • Professionals
  • Beginners
  • Tech Enthusiasts (You can set according to your niche)

12. Ask for a Step-by-Step Process

Ask the AI to explain things step by step for better understanding. This approach ensures that the content generated will be more unique and audience-targeted. If you take content in one go, there’s a high chance of receiving copied or substandard content.

13. Mention Desired Emotional Impact

Decide how the reader should feel like:

  • Inspired
  • Curious
  • Happy
  • Emotional
  • Confident
  • Excited

14. Request Multiple Perspectives

Ask the AI to explore different points of view on a topic, like:

  • “Why people love summer vs. why some prefer winter”
  • “Online Education vs. Physical Education”

Personalization and Connection

To make AI-generated content feel more personal and connected, you can follow these easy tricks. These tips will help your writing feel warm, friendly, and relatable:

1. Use First-Person Perspective

Write as if it’s coming from you. Use words like “I” and “we” to make the content feel personal. For example:

  • Instead of: “Exercise is good for health,” say: “I always feel better after a quick workout.”
  • Instead of: “Reading improves knowledge,” say: “Whenever I read a good book, I learn something new and exciting!”
  • Instead of: “Traveling is a great way to relax,” say: “I love how refreshed I feel after exploring a new place.”

2. Incorporate Personal Short Stories

Share little stories from your life to make the writing unique. For example:

  • “Last weekend, I tried baking for the first time, and it was so much fun!”
  • “I remember struggling with time management in college, but using a simple planner changed everything.”
  • “My dog decided my new shoes were his new toy—lesson learned!

3. Add a Touch of Humor

Make the content light and fun by including jokes or funny moments. For example:

  • “I thought I was a gardening expert until my plants decided they preferred to stay brown!”
  • “I once followed a cooking recipe perfectly—except for one thing, and yes, it was the most important ingredient!”
  • “I tried yoga for the first time and discovered new muscles I never knew existed!”

4. Employ a Conversational Tone

Write like you’re talking to a friend. Use simple and casual language. For example:

  • “Hey, have you ever wondered why mornings feel so busy? Let me share a trick!”
  • “Let’s figure this out together—it’s easier than you think!”
  • “Have you noticed how every time you organize something, it feels like you just unlocked a secret?”

5. Include Real-Life Examples

Use examples from everyday life to make ideas easier to understand. For example:

  • “Imagine you’re planning a party and need to invite friends. That’s like organizing tasks in your day.”
  • “Think about saving money like storing snacks for later—you’re preparing for a rainy day.”
  • “If you’ve ever taught a friend to ride a bike, that’s like guiding someone step by step to learn a new skill.”

6. Make it Relatable to the Audience

Think about what the reader might experience and connect it to the topic. For example:

  • “We all know how hard it is to wake up early, but a good morning routine can help.”
  • “Ever feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day? That’s where time management comes in!”
  • “When I first tried cooking, I was just as confused as you might feel starting something new.”

7. Personalize the Language Based on Demographics

Use words and examples that match the age or background of your readers. For example:

  • For kids: “Imagine your favorite superhero needs a snack—what would they eat?”
  • For teenagers: “Think of studying like leveling up in a video game—it takes effort, but the rewards are worth it.”
  • For adults: “Managing finances can feel overwhelming, but think of it like planning a vacation—it’s all about setting priorities.”

8. Use Familiar Language for the Audience

Avoid difficult words and write in a way that feels natural to your readers. For example:

  • “Let’s break this down step by step so it’s super easy to follow.”
  • “Imagine this process like putting together a puzzle—each piece has its place.”
  • “Think of it as learning a new dance move—it might feel tricky at first, but it gets easier.”

How to Add Emotional Engagement in AI Content

Adding emotions to your AI-generated content helps readers connect and feel something while reading. Here are some simple tricks to engage readers emotionally:

1. Use Emotional Language

Choose words that create feelings, like excitement, sadness, or joy. For example:

  • Instead of “The dog was there,” say “The playful puppy wagged its tail with pure joy!”
  • Instead of “It was a rainy day,” say “The rain drizzled softly, wrapping the world in a cozy blanket of calm.”
  • Instead of “She was sad,” say “Her heart felt heavy, and tears shimmered in her eyes.”

2. Show Empathy

Understand how the reader might feel and reflect it in your writing. For example:

  • “We know how hard it can be to start something new. It’s okay to take small steps.”
  • “Feeling overwhelmed is natural. Just remember, you’re not alone in this.”
  • “We’ve all been there—wondering if we’re good enough. You are, and you’ll prove it.”

3. Tell Stories

Share short, relatable stories to keep readers interested. For example:

  • “When I first learned to swim, I was so scared, but taking one small jump changed everything.”
  • “I’ll never forget the day I got my first job—it was both exciting and nerve-wracking!”
  • “A simple compliment from a stranger once turned my whole day around. Small acts matter!”

4. Evoke Curiosity

Make readers want to know more by asking questions or hinting at something exciting. For example:

  • “What if I tell you there’s a way to double your productivity in just 10 minutes?”
  • “Have you ever wondered what successful people do differently every morning?”
  • “Imagine unlocking a secret that could transform how you see challenges forever.”

5. Add Inspirational Elements

Motivate readers with uplifting words. For example:

  • “No matter how tough it seems, remember - you’re stronger than any challenge.”
  • “Every expert was once a beginner. Keep going—you’re closer than you think.”
  • “Success isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. You’re doing great!”

How to Enhance the Readability of AI Content

To make your AI-generated content clear and engaging, follow these tricks. These steps help readers understand and enjoy what they’re reading:

1. Vary Sentence Structure

Use a mix of short and long sentences to keep the content interesting. For example:

  • “Reading helps you learn new things. It also improves your focus and creativity.”
  • “Writing daily sharpens your skills. It’s a habit that grows your confidence over time.”
  • “Short sentences are punchy. Longer ones add depth, creating a rhythm readers enjoy.”

2. Use Active Voice

Write sentences that show action directly. For example:

  • Instead of “The book was read by me,” say “I read the book.”
  • Instead of “A solution was provided by the team,” say “The team provided a solution.”
  • Instead of “The goal was achieved by the students,” say “The students achieved the goal.”

3. Break Up Text with Headings and Subheadings

Divide content into sections with clear headings to guide the reader. For example:

  • Use headings like “Why Reading is Fun” or “Simple Steps to Start Writing.”
  • For a travel blog, use headings like “Top Destinations in Asia” or “How to Save Money While Traveling.”
  • In a guide about cooking, use headings like “Essential Ingredients” or “Easy 10-Minute Recipes.”

4. Use Visuals

Add pictures, charts, or diagrams to explain ideas better. For example:

  • A graph showing how exercise improves health can make the point clearer.
  • Use an infographic detailing “Steps for Writing a Blog Post” for easy comprehension.
  • Add a diagram of “How Solar Panels Work” to clarify technical details.

5. Add Bullet Points or Lists

Use lists to present information quickly and neatly. For example:

Benefits of Reading:

  • Improves focus
  • Boosts vocabulary
  • Reduces stress

Common Writing Mistakes to Avoid:

  • Overusing passive voice
  • Ignoring grammar checks
  • Forgetting to proofread

6. Simplify Complex Ideas

Explain hard topics in simple words. For example:

  • Instead of “Photosynthesis is a process where plants convert light energy into chemical energy,” say “Plants use sunlight to make food.”
  • Instead of “E-commerce involves transactions conducted over the internet,” say “Online shopping lets you buy and sell things easily.”
  • Instead of “Quantum physics studies how matter and energy behave at tiny scales,” say “Quantum physics looks at how very small things work.”

7. Avoid Long Paragraphs

Write short chunks of text to avoid overwhelming the reader. For example:

  • Break a 10-line paragraph into two smaller ones.
  • Present key information in bullet points or numbered lists.
  • Make concise sentences that get straight to the point, making the text easier to digest.

8. Keep Language Clear and Direct

Avoid confusing words and phrases. For example:

  • Instead of “Utilize,” say “Use.”
  • Instead of “Facilitate,” say “Help.”
  • Instead of “Commence,” say “Start.”

Authenticity and Originality in AI Content

Making your AI-generated content authentic and unique helps it stand out. Here are some simple tips to create original and trustworthy content:

1. Fact-Check and Verify

Always check if the information is correct. For example:

  • Before writing about The Moon Landing, confirm the year (1969) from trusted history sources.
  • When discussing health facts, verify them with data from WHO or CDC.
  • For local events, cross-check dates and venues using official websites.

2. Avoid Overreliance on AI

Use AI as a helper, not the main writer. Add your thoughts and ideas to make the content feel more personal.

  • AI might list travel tips, but you can add a story of how “Packing light saved me during my European tour.”
  • AI suggests headlines like “Top 5 Books to Read,” but personalize it with “The Books That Changed My Life.”
  • Turn AI’s generic descriptions into specific anecdotes: *“This app is helpful” becomes “This app saved me hours on my project last week!”

3. Add Your Unique Perspective

Share your own opinions or experiences to make the content different. For example:

  • “I think working remotely is fantastic because it allows me to balance family and work.”
  • “From my experience in public speaking, preparation is key to confidence.”
  • “Traveling solo in Europe taught me resilience and problem-solving.

4. Use Original Research or Data

Include facts or statistics you’ve found yourself or from reliable studies. For example:

  • “According to my survey, 80% of students prefer online learning.”
  • “From my latest poll, 65% of readers prefer video tutorials over blogs.”
  • “According to a survey I conducted, 70% of students feel more productive with morning routines.”

5. Avoid Cliches

Replace overused expressions with fresh ones. For example:

  • Swap “At the end of the day” with “Ultimately, it all comes down to this.”
  • Replace “Actions speak louder than words” with “What you do always defines what you mean.”

6. Avoid Using Exact AI Phrases

Rewrite AI suggestions in your own words. This makes the content more genuine and personalized. Some of them are:

  • “In today’s world,” “In the world of,” “In today’s era”
  • “Unlock,” “Unleash,” “Unveil,” “Unravel,” “Uncover”
  • “Critical,” “Crucial,” “Essential,” “It’s important to”
  • “Delve,” “Embark on a journey,” “Pave the way”
  • “In conclusion,” “In summary,” “Ultimately”
  • “Furthermore,” “Moreover,” “Additionally”
  • “Bustling,” “Vibrant,” “Hustle and bustle”
  • “Revolutionize,” “Transform,” “Change the game”
  • “Harness,” “Capitalize on,” “Take advantage of”
  • “Begin with,” “Start off with,” “Kick-off with”
  • “Without a doubt,” “Undoubtedly,” “Without question”
  • “Achieve success,” “Reach your goals,” “Attain greatness”
  • “Take the next step,” “Move forward,” “Proceed with”
  • “Make a difference,” “Create an impact,” “Leave a mark”
  • “By the way,” “Incidentally,” “Just so you know”
  • “At the end of the day,” “Ultimately,” “When all is said and done”
  • “Stay tuned,” “Keep an eye out,” “Don’t miss out”
  • “Dig deeper,” “Explore further,” “Take a closer look”
  • “Game-changer,” “Groundbreaking,” “Next-level”
  • “On the rise,” “Increasing rapidly,” “Gaining momentum”
  • “Stay ahead of the curve,” “Be on the cutting edge,” “Be a step ahead”
  • “Takes things to the next level,” “Push boundaries,” “Go beyond limits”
  • “In the long run,” “Over time,” “Eventually”
  • “On the horizon,” “Coming soon,” “Just around the corner”
  • “Breaking news,” “New trend,” “Fresh development”
  • “Solve problems,” “Fix issues,” “Address challenges”
  • “Out of the box,” “Think differently,” “Innovative thinking”
  • “Stay focused,” “Keep your eye on the prize,” “Stay on track”
  • “At the forefront,” “Leading the way,” “Paving the path”
  • “Without further ado,” “Let’s dive in,” “Let’s get started”

7. Do Not Directly Copy-Paste AI Output

Always edit and refine AI-generated content to match your tone and style. For example:

  • AI outputs: “Moreover, this feature is essential.” You rewrite: “Another reason to love this feature is its necessity.”
  • AI writes: “Technology is advancing rapidly.” You customize it: “Every day, technology reshapes how we live and work.”

8. Include a Personal Signature Style

Develop a way of writing that readers recognize as yours. For example:

  • Infuse your personality into your writing, whether it's through humor, storytelling, or a conversational tone.
  • Use consistent phrases or signature expressions that make your writing feel familiar and personal to your readers.
  • Share your thoughts confidently, giving readers a sense of your perspective and style.

Refine and Edit the AI Generated Content

Editing and refining your AI-generated content ensures it’s professional, easy to understand, and enjoyable to read. Follow these simple tips to improve your content:

1. Proofread Carefully

Read the content slowly to catch any spelling or grammar mistakes. For example:

  • Incorrect: “The sun setted in the west.” Correct: “The sun set in the west.”
  • Incorrect: “Their going to the park.” Correct: “They’re going to the park.”
  • Incorrect: “He dont know the answer.” Correct: “He doesn’t know the answer.”

2. Edit for Clarity and Conciseness

Remove extra words or sentences that don’t add value. For example:

  • Wordy: “At this point in time, we are currently working on the project.” Concise: “We’re working on the project now.”
  • Wordy: “It is important to note that exercise is beneficial for your health.” Concise: “Exercise benefits your health.”
  • Wordy: “The solution to the problem may possibly be available soon.” Concise: “The solution may be available soon.”

3. Optimize for SEO

Use keywords naturally and include them in headings, subheadings, and throughout the content. For example:

  • Keyword: “Sustainable Living” Sentence: “Discover sustainable living tips that reduce waste and save money.”
  • Keyword: “Best Laptops for Students” Sentence: “Here’s a list of the best laptops for students in 2024.”
  • Keyword: “Healthy Recipes” Sentence: “Try these healthy recipes for quick and nutritious meals.”

4. Ensure Logical Flow of Ideas

Arrange ideas in a clear order. For example:

  • Logical Structure for a Blog Post:

    1. Introduction: Why the topic matters
    2. Main Points: Key arguments or tips
    3. Conclusion: Summary and call to action
  • Example of poor flow:
“Exercise helps with mental health. Let’s discuss diet tips. Physical activity improves mood.”
    Improved Flow:
“Exercise improves mood and mental health. A healthy diet enhances these benefits. Let’s explore how both work together.”

5. Check for Consistent Voice

Make sure the tone and style stay the same throughout the content. If you start in a friendly tone, avoid switching to a formal tone halfway through.

For example:

  • If starting with a friendly tone: “Let’s dive into some tips to boost productivity.”
Avoid switching to formal: “The following methodologies are critical for time management.”

  • For a professional tone: “Time management strategies can enhance productivity.”
Avoid informal transitions: “Hey, you should totally try these hacks!”

6. Remove Redundancies

Cut out repeated words or ideas. For example:

  • Replace “It was a very big and large house,” with “It was a large house.”
  • Redundant: “The tiny, small kitten meowed softly.” Simplified: “The small kitten meowed.”
  • Redundant: “He completely and entirely disagreed with the idea.” Simplified: “He disagreed with the idea.”

7. Adjust for Readability and Engagement

Use simple words and short sentences to make the content easy to read. For example:

  • Complex: “In the midst of uncertainty, we endeavor to elucidate the intricacies of this topic.”
Simple: “We explain this topic clearly, even during uncertain times.”
  • Complex: “This apparatus enables the facilitation of expedited communication.”
Simple: “This tool helps you communicate faster.”

8. Check Grammar and Punctuation

Look for missing commas, periods, or incorrect sentence structures. For example:

  • Incorrect: “Lets meet at 5 PM” Correct: “Let’s meet at 5 PM.”
  • Incorrect: “She said Its a sunny day.” Correct: “She said, ‘It’s a sunny day.’”
  • Incorrect: “Do you want coffee, tea or juice?” Correct: “Do you want coffee, tea, or juice?”

Should You Use AI Text Humanizers?

Some people may tell you to simply put your AI-generated content into an AI text humanizer tool and use whatever content comes out.

But, my dear friends, never do this!

There are 3 better ways to improve your AI content:

  1. First, follow all the tips mentioned earlier.
  2. If you’ve done all of that and still feel the content seems off, you can paraphrase the sentences.
  3. Lastly, replace robotic words with synonyms.

Remember, never compromise on the quality of your content. Using an AI text humanizer might actually make your content worse, not better.

Should You Use AI Detectors?

AI has been around for a while, and there have been many advancements in the field. With these improvements, the trend of using AI-generated content has grown a lot. That’s why today we’ve discussed how, as a writer, you can use AI tools and keep your content user-friendly.

But now, the question is: How can we tell if content is AI-generated or not? Can we use a tool to detect AI content?

Here are two answers:

  1. If you’re a blogger writing content for your own site, and you know the content was AI-generated but you’ve added a human touch to it, there’s no need to use an AI detector tool.
  2. If you’re working as a writer for a client, and they ask you to pass your content through AI detectors before sending it to them, then in that case, you can use an AI detector. After that, apply the tips I’ve shared to make sure the content fits well and doesn’t look too robotic.

Do Search Engines Penalize You for Using AI Content?

Not necessarily. Actually, it depends.

Search engines like Google prioritize high-quality, original content that provides value to users. If AI-generated content is well-written, informative, and helpful to users, Google won't penalize it.

However, using AI to generate low-quality, spammy content or to manipulate search engine rankings can lead to penalizing your website. It's essential to use AI as a tool to assist in the writing process, not as a replacement for human creativity and expertise.

Some More Queries?

Here are some of the most commonly asked queries relating to the human-generated and tool-generated outputs:

Why does AI content need to be humanized?

AI content often sounds robotic or lacks a personal touch, which may not engage readers. Humanizing it ensures it meets reader expectations and aligns with Google’s helpful content guidelines. This makes the content more trustworthy and effective.

Can AI-generated content rank well on Google?

Yes, but only if it is optimized for Google’s EEAT factors: Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness. Raw AI content often lacks these qualities. Humanizing it improves its chances of ranking better.

What tools can detect AI-generated content?

Tools like Originality.ai, GPTZero, and Copyleaks can help identify AI-generated text. However, they are not always 100% accurate. Use them to guide your editing process, not as the final judge.

How can I make my AI content more human-friendly?

Follow simple steps like rephrasing sentences, replacing robotic words with synonyms, and adding personal examples or insights. Avoid overusing AI-generated phrases. Always read the content aloud to ensure it sounds natural.

Is using AI tools for writing ethical?

Yes, using AI tools is ethical as long as you enhance the content and make it valuable for readers. Don’t pass off raw AI content as entirely your own. Transparency with clients or audiences is key.
